These terms govern access to and use of the ReproTrack website. By browsing it, you accept them. If you disagree with any part, the remedy is simple: do not use the site.
1. Purpose
ReproTrack is a technology project for reproductive monitoring of cattle and buffalo, based in Viseu, Portugal. This site presents the project, the state of its development and the pilot programme.
The site is operated by Naudy Castellanos, reachable at info@reprotrack.com.
2. Nature of the content
The content of this site is informational. ReproTrack is under development, and the technical characteristics, timelines and figures described here reflect the state of the project as of the last update — they may change without notice.
Nothing on this site constitutes a contractual proposal, a binding commercial offer, or a commitment that the product will be available on any given date.
3. Return calculator
The return-on-investment calculator produces an estimate from the values you enter and from sector averages. It is not a forecast of your own herd’s results, nor is it economic, financial, veterinary or management advice.
Actual results depend on factors no simulation can reach — husbandry, herd health, market prices, weather. Before acting on it, check the figures with whoever advises your operation.
4. Pilot programme
Signing up for the pilot programme is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee admission, nor does it create any right to receive equipment, to take part in trials, or to obtain future commercial terms.
Participants are selected at ReproTrack’s discretion, according to the project’s capacity at each stage. The data you provide when signing up is handled as set out in the privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
The ReproTrack name, the logo, the text, images, video, code and design of this site belong to their owner and are protected by applicable law.
You may quote extracts with attribution and a link to the original page. Reproducing the whole, adapting it, or using it commercially without written permission is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Freedom from errors and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed, and nothing prevents the service from being suspended or changed.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for damage arising from use of the site, from being unable to use it, or from decisions taken on the basis of its content — in particular the calculator’s estimates.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites. Those links exist for convenience and imply no control over what is found there.
The content and privacy practices of those sites are the responsibility of whoever operates them.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any dispute over their interpretation or application falls to the courts of the district of Viseu, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that assign jurisdiction elsewhere.
